4. Service agreement *

RB-E-Bike Repair — Service Agreement & Consent

Please read carefully. By checking the box below and submitting this booking, you agree to the following:

  1. Authorization. You authorize RB-E-Bike Repair to inspect, diagnose, and perform the agreed repair and maintenance services on your e-bike or e-scooter.
  2. Estimates & pricing. Prices shown are starting points. Final pricing — including parts, travel, and service fees — is confirmed after inspection and before work begins. You will be notified of any additional costs and your approval is required before they are incurred.
  3. Assumption of risk. E-bikes and e-scooters contain high-voltage electrical systems and mechanical components that carry inherent risks. You acknowledge these risks and agree that RB-E-Bike Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or manufacturer defects discovered during service.
  4. Test rides. A post-service test ride may be performed to verify the repair. You consent to this quality check.
  5. Drop-off & pick-up. Drop-off details are provided only after your booking is confirmed. Do not arrive unannounced. Bikes left more than 48 hours after service completion are subject to a $20.00 per-day storage fee.
  6. Cancellation. To cancel or reschedule, text 216-510-3290 as early as possible.
  7. Personal property. Remove valuables and accessories before drop-off. RB-E-Bike Repair is not responsible for items left on the bike.
  8. Entire agreement. This agreement, together with the confirmed booking details, constitutes the service arrangement between you and RB-E-Bike Repair.
